Email the ISPCS organizing team at ahmadexp@gmail.com. Include the app version and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, temporary passwords, or private message content by email.
Signing in
The schedule and venue information work without an account. Registered attendees must first be added to the conference directory by an organizer. In the app, enter the registered email address to receive a temporary password, use it within 15 minutes, and choose a permanent password. After setup, sign in with the registered email address and permanent password.
Password recovery
Choose Recover on the attendee sign-in screen, enter the registered email address, and use the temporary password sent by email to choose a new permanent password.
Account and privacy controls
Open More → My profile to edit directory visibility or delete your account. In a conversation, use the menu to report inappropriate content or block an attendee.
